Bringing in elements of mobility, deep fascial release stretching as well as yoga-based drills to increase strength. This practice will aid development in all areas of your yoga practice. Open to brand new yogis as well as those who are more advanced.
Agnes wasn't a natural when she first started yoga, miles away from even touching her toes. But she soon started seeing the transformational effects yoga can have on both physical and mental strength. Agnes aims to share an energetic and empowering flow with as many people as possible. Always including an element of playfulness to leave you feeling ready to face whatever comes your way.
Agnes believes that yoga really is for everyone, working in a number of studios and offices around London, as well as outreach yoga for those physically and mentally less able. No yogi is ever left behind!
