Yin Yoga and Ceremonial Cacao Heart Opening Workshop

We will start by drinking ceremonial cacao together and learn more about the cacao plant.  This will be followed by a meditation and a heart-opening Yin Yoga sequence. Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative form of yoga which consists of mostly seated or lying down postures held for a longer duration (usually 3 to 5 minute holds and occasionally longer) We aim to relax the muscles in order to target the deeper tissues of the body.  This should leave you feeling deeply relaxed. We will end the workshop with raw chocolate treats and a grounding meditation.

Teen Yoga (Helen)

Year 9 - 11 Teen classes offer a multitude of benefits to both body and mind. The classes incorporate a sequence of postures to help maintain/gain flexibility, improve strength, co-ordination, balance and breath awareness, whilst providing an essential opportunity to relax. 45 minute class with time at the end for students to buy a snack and sit together in the café.
