Ancient techniques of yoga offer just that: a clear re-cognition of our current mind and body; a deep transformation of sensations/emotions/thoughts, a loving remembrance of our being as sacred; to act with kindness and respect towards yourself and this world.
Enjoy 3-hour immersion into various yoga techniques to experience yourself and unleash new create powers. A table has been reserved for a group lunch after the workshop for a delicious organic lunch.
