Stay healthy in mind and body during pregnancy with a weekly pregnancy yoga class. Suitable for any level of experience, from 12 weeks until the baby arrives. Calming movement partnered with breathing techniques.

Agnes wasn't a natural when she first started yoga, miles away from even touching her toes. But she soon started seeing the transformational effects yoga can have on both physical and mental strength. Agnes aims to share an energetic and empowering flow with as many people as possible. Always including an element of playfulness to leave you feeling ready to face whatever comes your way.

Agnes believes that yoga really is for everyone, working in a number of studios and offices around London, as well as outreach yoga for those physically and mentally less able. No yogi is ever left behind!
