Shaolin Wahnam Qi Gong is simple to learn with no age restrictions yet yields amazing results. With only 15 minutes of daily practice people can start to restore their energy levels and achieve benefits in all areas of their life. Weekly classes will help you to learn specific skills and techniques to gain greater Health, Happiness and Clarity of Mind.

In 2006 Chris started his journey in in England under Sifu Tim Franklin of Shaolin Wahnam learning the Shaolin Arts of Qi Gong (Chi Kung), Kung Fu and Tajiquan. From there his learning expanded across the world to learn directly from Grand Master Wong Kiew Kit including Qi Gong Healing, Qi Gong and Kung Fu. His practice continued over the following decade, first attaining the level of assistant instructor and then appointed instructor. 

Chris is qualified in Thai massage and is currently studying Acupressure. Through his classes and one-to-one sessions, his vision is to help people overcome their energy blockages and health issues in order to live a fully balanced life.

Over the last decade Chris has travelled the world. Through taking in different cultures and healing practices he found that there are similarities to all the energy art forms: they all use one key difference to the western system for medicine, which when practised correctly can work as a standalone option for one's health or work in harmony with our western system. 

“I believe that in the modern world many people find themselves out of balance with their own energy which effects their health. If this balance is restored energy can first flow to overcome illness, then once a person is healthy they can build their energy levels to help them to stay healthy and fully enjoy daily life.”
