Pilates combines principles of awareness, balance, breath, concentration, centering, control, flow, precision and harmony.
Allison believes it’s the ultimate form of exercise to help strengthen, lengthen and tone the body. In her classes you will concentrate on core strength, posture and will improve flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone.
Her classes are taught to music and she has a fun and energetic teaching style catering for all ages and abilities. She loves how in one session of pilates the entire body is addressed so that you feel completely worked out and balanced.
She also focuses on mind- body connection – you will use your mind to improve your body and your body to improve your mind.
Allison known as Ally holds a CYQ Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates and is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). She is currently training to become a BarreConcept teacher – the first barre course in the world to gain international accreditation.
