Mindfulness is mental attention training with a profound goal. Proven by neuroscientists to substantially reduce stress, increase sleep, decrease pain and anxiety. Greater decisiveness, clarity, ease and happiness leads to increased productivity, yet time feels elastic and expansive.
On this six-week introductory Mindfulness course, you will learn about all the facets of our daily experience through mindfulness meditation, talks and exercises with a weekly download to practice, regular email support, which will enable you to learn the practice well enough to sit independently at home.
