The aim of this class is to foster a sense of learning and growing together, a sense of movement as play rather than «exercise» and a place where we explore the practice, and the process, rather looking for success or failure from an external perspective. Each session will include breathwork, balance games, an Animal Flow sequence and some partner games and drills, and we’ll always finish with some deep stretching.
